IADBA-REC was founded on November 1, 2004, so we are still a relatively new organization. Currently, we number around 20 DBA recruiters. Our founder and president is Dr. Michael Bisconti (Dr. Bisconti is busy making a living as a DBA). (His Solutions, OCC is providing free webspace for our website.) PLANS FOR THE FUTURE

We believe that the state of Illinois and, especially, the larger metropolitan areas mentioned above demand a specific marketing strategy. Very simply, most of the companies in these areas are committed to using consulting firms and employment agencies. Therefore, we have committed ourselves to work for the better consulting firms and employment agencies in the state of Illinois.

Our consulting firms and employment agencies will be listed in The Illinois Flash Book being compiled by IADBA (they will also be listed in the next edition of the Flash Book published by TAR-TCF).
